My daughter is still displaying symptoms of type 1 diabetes. what can we do?

Go to the doctor!: She needs to have her blood sugar level checked right away. She also needs evaluation to rule out acidosis and a glycated hemoglobin, which will help in diagnosis. If she truly has diabetes this can become severe if waiting too long.
