Sure: Lots of people have Type 2 diabetes but don't know it yet. Eventually, their symptoms will be large enough to be noticeable, but in the beginning, symptoms might not be noticeable. To avoid diabetes, be sure not to be overweight, be sure to exercise a lot or at least 3 or 4 times a week, and be sure to not eat sugary stuff. Be aware that fruit and juices are sugar, and simple carbs become sugar.
