Rarely: Although the eyes can feel "full" or heavy if you have sinus pressure, sinusitis rarely causes eye issues. If there is a true sinus infection that is left untreated, it can spread to the eye socket and lead to serious problems, but as long as it is being treated there is nothing to worry about.
