Impetigo?: By "golden staph, " i assume you're referring to staph aureus. To answer your question, i'd have to know where on the mouth you have it. Staph can sometimes cause impetigo around the mouth, but usually in babies and young children. Anti-staph antibiotics are used for treatment.
