Acl: Re injurying yr knee after acl options to discuss w yr orthopedist are dependant on what was injured. Cartilage meniscus or grafy can be injured and different treatmwnt options are best discuss w an orthopedist if one od these are injured vs just sprain or bruise to the knee.
