31, knee off angle by 21 degrees, dr states do to the angle being off so much osteotomy is not an option. a partail as well do to no acl, is there any other option other then full knee?

Will need surgery: There are some things to do to put off surgery, but it sounds like a replacement is in your future. An unloader brace will take some pressure off the symptomatic side. Taking glucosamine and msm will help to control pain and stabilize joint cartilage, and hyaluronic acid injections might help for a while.

That's a lot: 21 degrees is a very significant deformity you are very young for this but i would say that total knee is the only reasonable option.
