Tough question: Most people are genetically destined for a certain height, usually in line with their parents height. Men can grow until early 20s, usually women stop growth by late teens. Some people with abnormally slow growth take human growth hormone under the care of pediatric endocrinologist, usually diagnosed in childhood. In adulthood there are some surgeons that perform leg bone lengthening.
