Many sports!: All sports are great for exercise , muscle balance and muscle tone. Swimming is great as are gymnastics. Team sports such as soccer, baseball, lacrosse and baseball are all excellent. Remember to wear protective equipment and helmets. Alway stretch and warm up before you play. Team sports also help build communication skills, teamwork and help self esteem. Just try to do things in moderation.
