No. Telemedicine is best used for acute care or continuing care, not physical exams. Since the Telemedicine Dr cannot listen to your heart or lungs or look in your ears or check for hernias, it would be inappropriate to use it for any physical exam. Additionally, external forms are typically not complete by Telemedicine Dr's.
