Perplexing: Since your name and gender suggest you are female and hence should not have "nuts" . Please clarify.

Maybe: A hernia is usually associated with a bulge. If not, it could just be a groin muscle strain. A primary care provider can tell with a physical exam. Hope this helps!

Inguinal Hernia: It may be an inguinal hernia. Do you notice any bulging? You should probably see your doctor to get examined. If you do have a hernia, and are having pain, you should have it repaired.
