100 cal/day rule....: Rather trying to calculate how much you eat daily, and try to eat less remember that eating 100 cal/day less, each day, for 1m will cause drop of 1 lb./ m. So if eat 2 pieces of bread less each day, or its equivalent, you'll lose 2 lbs / m.
