Plastics: Unfortunately a large pendulous fat pad will not disappear on its' own. I suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon.

Nothing: Losing wt.means that one has reduced body volumn by eliminating subcutaneous and deep fat layers. This produces the pannus that represents excess skin. Further wt. loss will not remove excess skin. Such areas require local excision
