See your plastic Sur: Geon. Sounds like you have chemo sis. These can be treated with special eye drops. However if it becomes painful you may need a special ointment or sometimes a patch. If it is not sensitive or painful it might just be a minute amount of blood in your sub conjunctival area you should see your plastic surgeon for this.

Conjunctival ecchymo: The accumulation of blood under the white of the eye is common after blepharoplasty. It takes time to go away. Warm compresses can help. Over the counter naphcon a drops help as well. Whatever you do, do not use visine.

No worries: You are describing a subconjunctival hemorrhage, which is common after eye surgery. This is a harmless condition which, much like a bruise on the skin, will resolve on its own as the blood is reabsorbed. No drops, even "get the red out drops" such as visine or naphcon will hasten this process. Depending on how much blood there is, these will usually resolve in a matter of 1-2 weeks.
