A member asked:

Most current treatments for hair loss stimulate blood flow to the follicles. can i massage my head to help it get more blood? or place a warm towel?

Probably not: Minoxidil (rogaine) increases blood flow to the hair follicle and is helpful in some for treatment of hairloss. Finasteride helps blocking the enzyme Dht that causes male pattern baldness. I'm not sure if massaging the scalp helps preventing hairloss if the hairloss is due to genetics.
