Sometimes when i move my head fast/do nothing, i suddenly feel a blood vessel pop in the back of my neck/head, followed by a warm feeling in my head. what could that be?

You are not going to hear a blood vessel pop. If you hear anything like that it would be a ligament snap. The rest is not explained.
