GI consultation: Get evaluated by a GI expert to rule out ulcer, cancer, gastritis, or severe GERD. I suggest the comkbined use of OTC omperazole or Zegerid/Nexium and Pepto Bismol until seen. No alcohol or NSAIDS.

See your doctor: it may just be gastritis (inflammation of your stomach) especially if there is a relationship to eating. Not enough info to really ascertain what may be causing your pain otherwise. Your doctor may give you a trial of an acid blocker as well as modification of your diet.
