What does it mean if my stomach hurt when i wake up and after every meal?

We can have your answer if you tell us: the location of your pain, its intensity, duration, timing (with meals but also with urination, stooling, position?) ; accompanying issues like fever, tenderness, vomiting, bleeding, etc, ; circumstances (exposures, pregnant, stressed). Also what tests have been run so far? Any recent stresses?

Check for ulcer: An ulcer or GERD which may be causing your symptoms. Need to get checked out.
