Gastritis: Meals cause secretion of stomach acid, and if your stomach lining is inflamed (gastritis) or you have reflux into the esophagus (reflux esophagitis) you may have discomfort. It is also possible that you have a stomach ulcer. More remote possibilities include gallstones or pancreatitis. I would suggest seeing your primary care doc or a gastroenterologist.

Varies: Would need a doctor's evaluation, but consider gastritis, stomach ulcer condition, gallbladder condition, less likely pancreas inflammation.
