What are you eating?: Gi gas arises from maldigestion (enzyme deficiency like lactose intolerance), food intolerance (ex. Gluten sensitivity), fermentation (as with bacterial overgrowth syndrome or changed flora after antibiotics), altered GI tract motility/gastroparesis, excessive air swallowing, inflammatory ;infectious causes. Any peptic symptoms, early satiety? Tried acid blockers yet? Also check low FOD-MAP diet.
