Why does my stomach hurt lately after every meal i have? it hurts in the upper and lower abdomen and i am also gassy, it makes me not want to eat.

See doctor : Could be a variety of things . Please see your doctor . You may need an abdominal ultrasound to check for gallbladder disease . You might consider some general bloodwork to look at your liver enzymes and pancreatic enzymes as well as for a bacteria called h pylori . Have an evaluation with your doctor to see which tests are appropriate based on your physical exam. Good luck
