What could cause my husband to have an upset stomach after every meal? its been happening for about a year

Consult a GI: Upset stomach after each meal is serious. Many causes , could be reflux disease, helicobacter pylori or even a cancer of the stomach, gallbladder disease, pancreas disease. Best advice is to see a gastroenterologist and have an endoscopy.
