It happens sometimes: After laparoscopy, a blood clot (hematoma) can develop under the skin in the area where the instrument was inserted. If the blood clot is small and not very uncomfortable, it usually goes away within a few weeks without causing any real trouble. Larger clots can take longer to go away. A clot can cause more pain and require surgical treatment if it becomes infected (red, swollen, or pus draining).

No: There is clotting along any surgical site. It is limited to the area of cautery, ligation, etc. I suspect the issue is bleeding into the abdominal cavity and not the "stomach" . Limited amounts of blood or clots can be at the surgical site= gallbladder etc. But if excessive may require opening or removal.
