Needs to be checked: Pain in abdomen associated with blood in the stool needs to be checked and investigated at any age.It may be due to an inflammatory condition like Ulverative colitis or crohn's disease,colitis and colon cancer also needs to be ruled out.You did not give your age.I will suggest you get a referral for a Gastroenterologist and get Colonoscopy done.Blood in the stool can also be from hemorrhoids.
