AnticlottingBleeding: All anti-clotting agents slow blood clotting, needles puncture blood vessels, thus significant possibility of hematoma at location of injected anti-clotting agent because vessels oozed longer around needle tip with high local concentration of anti-clotting agent. While impossible to answer your question with such limited information, what you describe is not surprising.
