Birth control: If you are having diarrhea then this may be contributing to your stomach cramps and back pain. A primary care doctor can help you if over the counter diarrhea medication is not helping. Painful, heavy periods can be treated by a variety of birth control options. Consider seeing an Obgyn to help make this better.
