Yes: Laser tattoo removal is generally a very safe and highly effective procedure and the abdomen is a generally perfectly fine area for this as well. Having said that as with any other body area when undergoing tattoo removal be sure to have this service performed either by a physician or a trained expert at a med spa with a plastic surgeon on staff and review all associated risks specific to your case before consenting to treatment.
