Yes: These are normal after that procedure. (red streaks, heat, pain, purulent discharge are not normal.).

Yes: There is dermal hemorrhaging that occurs with ltr and bruising as well it is normal for the tattoo to feel raised for 1-7 days as well as bruising which can last longer! it should not feel hot, be very painful or start to release puss.
