Tattoo laser removal: Tattoo laser removal is safe depending on the type of laser used and the individual performing the procedure. Experience is important because the energy that is used must be individually selected for each case and it is possible to burn and scar the skin if care is not used. Look for a dermatologist with specific experience in tattoo removal using a q switched ndyag orruby laser.

Laser tattoo removal: It is safe but it doesn't mean complete removal in most situations as there are often some residual pigmentation or even hpopigmentation that will be permanent. Best not to get a tattoo in the first place.

Yes: Laser tattoo removal is safe and should not yield any health issues such as causing cancer.
