Feeling lots of pain in lower left abdomen, not sure if it could be an ovarian cyst or part of constipation?

Could be either.But: Your question is very vague. There are lots of things which can cause pain in the left lower abdomen. You need to state the duration, intensity, any associated fevers/chills/abdominal distention, blood per rectum, blood in urine, and factors which make it worse or better.
