Perfect diet: If there is such a thing as a "perfect" diet, it is a diet that is low in saturated fat, high in fresh fruits and vegetables, low in sugar and simple carbohydrates, low in processed foods, and absent in fast foods. Mix all of this with an abundance of exercise. There is no name for this "perfect" diet, but this is as perfect as it gets.

Teens and weight: Please check in with your doctor to review your growth chart and see if you are overweight or not. It is important to know what is a good weight range for your height and bone structure. No two people are the same, so you may weigh more than a friend but be fine because you're taller! if your doctor says your weight is in a good range for your body, no weight loss is needed. Eat healthy & exercise!
