No fad diets.: The key to successful weight loss and maintenance is to do it gradually and eat regular foods. Start a regular exercise program, either individually or at a gym or do a sport. Then you can meet with a nutritionist if possible or use a weight loss app to track what you are currently eating and what you need to change to lose the amount you want over a few months time.
