R/O OSA: OSA can be suggested by history and physical. Excess snoring/daytime sleepiness/apneic episodes/ aM headaches. And the Exam obesity/small oral airway/collar size>18. Snoring ... plus: Witnessed pauses in breathing/ choking episodes; increased day time sleepiness (measure on epworth scale http://www.nzrsi.co.nz/epworth-sleepiness-scale.php); impaired concentration; depression; reduced libido; nocturia (need to urinate ++ at night). Suggestive signs include obesity, large neck circumference, short neck, large tonsils. See your Dr to discuss diagnosis and consider investigation.
