Yes: Feeling sleepy and unable to focus during the day, falling asleep when you don’t intend to and not having a “clear head” are all symptoms of sleep apnea. If you believe you might have sleep apnea, see a sleep physician and have a sleep study done. This will provide the answers you seek.
