Shoulder pain when i extend my arm(throwing), 5 month. dr said inflamation. mri done. dr says no tear. i don't understand inflammation for 5 months?how?

Are you a pitcher? : Did you have mr arthrogram? (contrast injected into your shoulder joint) what did the MRI show? Need more information in order to try and answer your question. If you have persistent pain and decreased range of motion in your shoulder, i recommend you go and see a sports medicine or orthopedic doctor. Hope you get better faster.
