No, Test Insensitive: None of the "stress tests" are sensitive. At best, are only capable of detecting complications of very advanced coronary artery ds. Atherosclerosis typically begins at ~age 7yrs, is dominant behavior, progresses faster in males than females (pre-menopause), yet asymptomatic for decades. In my yrs of experience, treadmill EKG exercise (if done well) works best. All nuclear, including PET, inferior.

Wall motion....: Stress induced heart wall motion abnormalities may not be seen on Lexiscan stress test since images are not usually acquired immediately after stress. Sometimes post-stress stunning can be detected.
