Maybe.....: "head injury" needs to be better defined. If you struck your head and had any of the following: laceration (cut), severe headache, loss of consciousness (knocked out), dizziness, nausea, vomiting, double or blurry vision, or stroke-like symptoms (can't feel or move parts of your body), then you should go to the hospital to get checked out (probably with a ct scan). If in doubt, get checked out.

Depends: If you have had a loss of consciousness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness in an extremity, difficulty concentrating, severe headache, difficult to wake up, pupils differ in size, would see a doctor. If just a little blow to the head and no loss of consciousness, and no other symptoms just make sure someone stays with you for the first 24 hours in case something develops.
