Was it a concussion?: Most likely you suffered a concussion--whether you received this as an official diagnosis or not. After a concussion, nagging headaches do frequently persist for many days. Difficulty concentrating and increased moodiness are commonplace as well. If your headaches can't be managed with simple tylenol, (acetaminophen) if there is associated vomiting or nausea, or if your vision is blurred--this requires re-exam.

Yes: With a normal exam and a normal ct your doctors have ruled out a serious problem. As far as the concussion, take it easy until you are free of any residual symptoms. It can take a few weeks.
