Proprioceptive Train: Hello, Studies have show that after an ankle sprain rehab is recommended, specifically proprioceptive training via balance board excersizes. The idea is that it will allow for reinvigoration of the propriceptive fibers in the ankle to allow fro better stability and terrain control. Muscle strengthening and ROM repetitions are recommended to aid in muscle mass and increased support of the ankle.
