Sleep: Fibromyalgia is caused by lack of adequate, restful sleep. Improve sleep. Consider evaluation by a sleep specialist if you suspect any slee disorders. Also, regular moderate aerobic exercise. Avoid strength training such as weight lifting etc as this can worsen that pain. Regular practice of taichi also can be quite helpful.
