Very unlikely: Gout is an excruciatingly painful condition in which small crystals are concentrated in (usually) one joint. The most common joint affected is the big toe. It is usually seen in people who have a lot of alcohol and red meats. A good evaluation by a physician or podiatrist can determine if your symptoms are from gout (unlikely) or from tendonitis, ligament laxity, or mechanical/functional cause.
