Is it safe for me to use hydrogen peroxide in my mouth?

Yes and no.: Hydrogen peroxide is safe to use in the mouth, however, chronic use can kill off enough bacteria that fungal overgrowth can occur. It sjhould be safe to use at night before bed every day, but i wouldn't recommend rinsing hourly with it!
