Are there any tricks to help me lose weight in a healthy way?

Make a good plan: Change your behavior and stick with it. Technically, losing weight is simple physics. Currently there is exess fuel in your body stored as fat. If you'd like to reduce the excess fuel you carry you'll need to burn it up (use it). In order to use it up you'll need to eat less (food fuel) than you burn through exercise (movement). Make a consistent effort to take in less fuel and move more.
