Eat right: Watching what you eat, but be mindful that eating disorders run rampant in dancers! drink lots of water, eat fruits, salads, and vegetables. Stay away from junk foods, fried foods, and too much carbs. No soda or high calorie beverages. Maintaining a healthy diet while dancing should help you remain fit or lose weight. Keep in mind that often unrealistic expectations are made in the ballet world.
