Too slow heart rate: Pulse rate of 36 is not normal. She needs evaluation to see why her heart rate is that low. Sometimes natural pacemaker has problem (sick sinus syndrome) and sometimes there is problem with electricity conducting heart muscle (heart block). If she has either of these condition then she needs a pacemaker. I would get a cardiology consultation and get electrocardiogram and a 24 hours holter monitor.

Bradycardia : It sounds severe bradycardia. It may be due to nerve condition in the heart having problem. Like atrioventricular block. She should see her doctor to check up. Sometime, it can be fatal.
