Bradycardia-: Resting bradycardia in itself is not necessarily a problem with exercise. As long as there is no underlying cardiac elecrtical conduction problem, the heart rate should increase appropriately with exercise; if it does not, then something else is going on. People with hyperlipidemia should always exercise, if there is no contraindication, as routine exercise improves cholesterol levels.

Bradicardia Hyperlid: If you have sinus bradycardia without heart block and have been examined by your doctor with an ekg and you just had slow heart rate without any other abnormalitie, then you have no problem exercising and in reality it will help your hyperlipidemia. So if you did not do it check with your doctor or cardiologist if it is ok to exercise.
