Probably not.: If you did not lose consciousness and all your parts work and you are not developing any progressively worsening symptoms I do not see that you will get any benefit out of being seen.

Probably not: If it was just a bang and you didn't lose consciousness then just wait it out. Of course your going to be sore. You just used your head in a very constructive way. Ata boy or girl.
