Not likely: The symptoms described are not generally caused by knee arthritis. Only symptoms caused by the knee arthritis will respond reliably to the tkr. Therefore, I do not believe the foot numbness and toe pain will respond to tkr. Talk to your orthopedic surgeon about this issue prior to proceeding if you like.
