See your surgeon: Your symptoms are concerning especially since you report having a tka "twice". Not clear if you meant the surgery had to be redone or if you required a manipulation after the primary surgery. Best to return to your ortho surgeon to reviewyoung concerns. If you are not getting answers, consider a second opinion.

Yes: Keep up the pt. Check with the surgeon or a neurologist to see if the nerves are intact & x-ray to see if the position of the replacement device is acceptable. If you don't see improvement, then corrective surgery may be necessary.
