Exercise!: The only way to really lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. Aerobic exercise-like biking, walking, swimming will help you burn fat, especially once you can workout for 20 minutes or more. It can also help bump up your metabolism if you eat within about an hour of when you wake up. Really try not to eat man made food, and stick with natural, whole foods which have more nutrients and fiber.
