Yes: Gilbert's folks tend to have the bilirubin go up when they've missed a few solid meals. It's extremely common. If you feel well and this is your usual state of health, ignore it and be grateful.

Gilbert's: Yes, that is the proper pattern. You should have no symptoms other than occasional slight jaundice noticeable mostly in the eyes. It does not signify any actual liver disease. Do not worry. Hope that helps.
